The Meetings page is your home for navigating all of your meetings.

  1. Navigate to the Meetings page on the left navigation menu
  2. Filter meetings by your role (host, guest or observer)
  3. Meetings are automatically sorted chronologically by the scheduled time
  4. View the Host
  5. View the Guest
  6. View, add and delete Observer (if you are on a grow or pro plan). If your are on a pro plan and are reviewing meetings, your name will appear here.
  7. View the meeting mode. You can learn more about meeting modes from this article.   
  8. Keep track of meeting processing, and view the meeting once processing is complete
  9. Download original meeting files - audio, video or transcript. Learn more here
  10. Change mode, edit upcoming meeting, or delete old meetings. 
  11. Create a new meeting
  12. Scroll down when your meetings extend beyond the screen size
