Joining a meeting

1. Only 2 users can join a meeting - the host and the guest they have invited

2. Video rooms are secure - both users must be logged in to their Ovida account to join a meeting

3. The join meeting link can be used by either user to join a meeting

4. Only a host can end a meeting.

5. Once a meeting has been ended by the host, our analytics kick in immediately and the meeting cannot be restarted

6. Users can leave and return to a meeting an unlimited number of times by clicking "return to lobby".

Step 1: log in to Ovida account

Step 2: Select "Join" button on the home page or the meetings page

Step 3: Select the appropriate camera and microphone from the dropdown menu's

Step 4: Click "Join"
