Adding or removing a dashboard observer

Who can add a dashboard observer?

Only a user with a Grow or Pro plan can add a dashboard observer. 

Who can be a dashboard observer?

Only a user with a Pro plan can be a dashboard observer.

Adding and removing dashboard observers.

Your Hosting Dashboard gives you insight into your performance across time for key communication metrics. 

To share your dashboard with an observer, simply click on the "Share dashboard" button on the upper right side of the screen, and follow the prompts. 

To remove an observer from your dashboard, simply click the delete icon next to their name.

Note that sharing your dashboard does not share your sessions with an observer, and sharing a session with an observer does not share your dashboard.
