Do my guests need to subscribe to Ovida?

Meeting guests do not need to have a paid subscription. They are automatically assigned a free Guest account when they are invited to join a meeting with a host. They must sign in to the account in order to join a meeting. 

Unlike many commercial video call tools like Zoom, Teams or Meet, users must be logged in to Ovida to join a call. This high-security feature ensures that only the invited people can join the video room, and allows the guest to access and control their recorded data after the meeting. In contrast, if someone records a Zoom call they are on, they have no visibility or control over that data after the call has finished.
